Cancellation Policy

Note: Class durations may vary based on the number of students and their skill levels. Remember to register with the name you want printed on your official AHA certification and double-check your email address for accuracy, as your confirmation email will be sent automatically. At One Life CPR, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR and first aid training courses to our students. As part of our commitment to excellence, we have established clear policies regarding payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. Please note that all payments made for our courses are non-refundable. This non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat in the class and ensure that we can accommodate all students effectively. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If for any reason you need to reschedule your course, we kindly ask that you provide us with advance notice of 48 hours via email at onelifecprtraining@gmail.com. With proper notification, we may be able to accommodate your request and find an alternative class date that works for you. However, please be aware that last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your payment. We also have strict policies regarding no-shows and late arrivals. If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Additionally, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in being denied entry to the class, as it disrupts the learning experience for other participants. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent policy framework to ensure the smooth operation of our courses and the best possible learning environment for all students.
